Deuteronomy 15:3
Of a foreigner you mayest exact : but which is your with your brother your hand shall release;

Context
1 At the end of seven years you shall make a release.
2 And this the manner of the release: Every creditor that lendeth unto his neighbour shall release ; he shall not exact of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the Yahuah'S release.
3 Of a foreigner you mayest exact : but which is your with your brother your hand shall release;
4 Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the Yahuah shall greatly bless you in the land which the Yahuah your Elohim giveth you an inheritance to possess it:
5 Only if you carefully hearken unto the voice of the Yahuah your Elohim, to observe to do all these commandments which I command you this day.
