Deuteronomy 26:14
I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I taken away thereof for unclean , nor given thereof for the dead: I have hearkened to the voice of the Yahuah my Elohim, have done according to all that you hast commanded me.

Context
12 When you hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of your increase the third year, the year of tithing, and hast given unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within your gates, and be filled;
13 Then you shall say before the Yahuah your Elohim, I have brought away the hallowed things out of house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all your commandments which you hast commanded me: I have not transgressed your commandments, neither have I forgotten :
14 I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I taken away thereof for unclean , nor given thereof for the dead: I have hearkened to the voice of the Yahuah my Elohim, have done according to all that you hast commanded me.
15 Look down from your holy habitation, from heaven, and bless your people Israel, and the land which you hast given us, as you swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
16 This day the Yahuah your Elohim has commanded you to do these statutes and judgments: you shall therefore keep and do them with all your heart, and with all your soul.
