Deuteronomy 33:26
none like unto the Elohim of Jeshurun, rideth upon the heaven in your help, and in his excellency on the sky.

Context
24 And of Asher he said, Asher blessed with children; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil.
25 your shoes iron and brass; and as your days, your strength .
26 none like unto the Elohim of Jeshurun, rideth upon the heaven in your help, and in his excellency on the sky.
27 The eternal Elohim refuge, and underneath the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before you; and shall say, Destroy .
28 Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.
