For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool's voice by multitude of words.

Context
1 Keep your foot when you goest to the house of Elohim, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil.
2 Be not rash with your mouth, and let not your heart be hasty to utter thing before Elohim: for Elohim in heaven, and you upon earth: therefore let your words be few.
3 For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool's voice by multitude of words.
4 When you vowest a vow unto Elohim, defer not to pay it; for no pleasure in fools: pay that which you hast vowed.
5 Better that you shouldest not vow, than that you shouldest vow and not pay.
