Ecclesiastes 5:4

When you vowest a vow unto Elohim, defer not to pay it; for no pleasure in fools: pay that which you hast vowed.

Context

2 Be not rash with your mouth, and let not your heart be hasty to utter thing before Elohim: for Elohim in heaven, and you upon earth: therefore let your words be few.

3 For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool's voice by multitude of words.

4 When you vowest a vow unto Elohim, defer not to pay it; for no pleasure in fools: pay that which you hast vowed.

5 Better that you shouldest not vow, than that you shouldest vow and not pay.

6 Suffer not your mouth to cause your flesh to sin; neither say you before the angel, that it an error: therefore should Elohim be angry at your voice, and destroy the work of your hands?
