Context
And Moses said unto the Yahuah, O my Lord, I not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since you hast spoken unto your servant: but I slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.
And the Yahuah said unto him, Who has made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the Yahuah?
Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth, and teach you what you shall say.
And he said, O my Lord, send, I pray you, by the hand you will send.
And the anger of the Yahuah was kindled against Moses, and he said, not Aaron the Levite your brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet you: and when he seeth you, he will be glad in his heart.
