Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil.

21 What will you say when he shall punish you? for you hast taught them captains, as chief over you: shall not sorrows take you, as a woman in travail?
22 And if you say in your heart, therefore come these things upon me? For the greatness of your iniquity are your skirts discovered, your heels made bare.
23 Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil.
24 Therefore will I scatter them as the stubble that passeth away by the wind of the wilderness.
25 This your lot, the portion of your measures from me, says the Yahuah; because you hast forgotten me, and trusted in falsehood.
