you hast seen ; for you beholdest mischief and spite, to requite with your hand: the poor committeth himself unto you; you art the helper of the fatherless.

12 Arise, O Yahuah; O Elohim, lift up your hand: forget not the humble.
13 therefore does the wicked contemn Elohim? he has said in his heart, you will not require .

15 Break you the arm of the wicked and the evil : seek out his wickedness you find none.
