O Lord, open you my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth your praise.

13 will I teach transgressors your ways; and sinners shall be converted unto you.
14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O Elohim, you Elohim of my salvation: my tongue shall sing aloud of your righteousness.
15 O Lord, open you my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth your praise.
16 For you desirest not sacrifice; else would I give : you delightest not in burnt offering.
17 The sacrifices of Elohim a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O Elohim, you will not despise.
